Fork lift truck man cages or working platforms are used for a veriety of reasons, maintenance, stock checks, order picking etc. However there correct use is often overlooked and employers are often in breech of the Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) these regulations deal with the design, inspection, maintenance and safe use of all lifting equipment.
Employees that are untrained & unauthorized users are in danger of accidents and serious injury.

Fork lift truck operator training & responsibilities in the use of cage.
Authorized personnel training & responsibilities in the use of cage.
Manager & supervisor training & responsibilities in the use of cage.
TRAINING SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR BOTH THE FORK LIFT TRUCK OPERATORS & PERSONELL WHO WILL USE THE CAGE.
Training for upto 6 delegates per day.
