 A5 NONE ACCREDITED IN-HOUSE CERTIFICATE

Training your employee's to

in-house certification still meets all current legislation and is still recognised by the HSE as formal training given by a qualified registered instructor. Because this is none accredited training, it allows more flexibility with the training program. i.e the ratio of delegates to instructor can be increased, and training can be undertaken in less time.

In-house training saves both time and cost whilst still providing adequate training in complience with regulation 9 of the provision and use of works equipment regulations 1998.

However, some employers still prefare the accredited training certification and photo ID license because this tends to be a better staff motivator and is seen by your potential operators as a professional qualification and an investment in their futures.

Generally a better incentive than in-house.
